I’m an international student, and a few months ago my laptop stopped working. I didn’t know much German, but Mike Richter from Riba Computers was extremely kind and patient. He repaired my laptop quickly, explained everything clearly in English, and was very understanding of my situation as a student. I’m truly thankful for his honesty and support.
