DON'T GO HERE. HORRIBLE. JUST NO! Notice to all Students: Unprofessional and horrible service. I cancelled my contract and they complained that it was 5 days too late! made me pay for 1 more year. So I called the central company itself and they told my that they could easily accept my cancellation if they wanted to. In other words aren't honest and just want your cash. Also lazy -took them 2 years to put in air-conditioning! Forget this place - there are plenty better ones out there like the one in Neukirchen Vluyn.
