The International School of Bremen (ISB) is a private, co-educational, college-preparatory, English-speaking school. It was established in 1998 to serve students in the international community of Bremen. It provides an educational alternative to the German State system for the children of families in the growing international business community, a new private international university and those local families who appreciate the need for an international education. Today our students and staff represent 35 countries from across the world. Class sizes are generally small with an average of 15 students per grade in the secondary school. ISB is a Private International School recognised under the Bremer Privatschulgesetz. ISB has the status of an Ersatzschule. Please contact us if you need any further information. The members of our teaching staff are certified according to the standards of their home countries. Many of our teachers hold Master Degrees or Doctorates.
